When they all first met, they threw a remembrance party for Alaska-- which turned out to be Boo's tricky solution to catch Alaska's killer. But now, on the heels of the gala, with the whole of the mystery edging on its resolution, it might just be time to do that remembrance party in earnest.
It is under these circumstances that something terrible happens, and it happens in a particularly terrible way.
